We came and we got three drinks here and the mango had a very bitter taste. To my surprise they won’t exchange it for another drink. You have to buy a new drink. They said that they could only adjust the sweetness, but what we did not like was the taste of the imitation mango syrup. The employees said that they use imitation syrups so keep that in mind when getting drinks that are fruit flavored. They do not use real fruit purée or real fruit. It’s imitation syrup and the mango one does not taste good. In response to the comment not ALL the drinks were free, I purchased a large drink. There were two small free drinks and just because a drink is free doesn’t mean the customer has no value and that’s how we were treated. Despite I’ve purchased there before and I did purchase a drink during my visit. The reason my 10 yr old went back in was because he didn’t like his drink, I am teaching him independence and he wanted to ask for a different drink.. however he was sent out saying no he had to buy another drink… and as I explained to the employee on the phone my toddler was having a tantrum and I did not want to upset the atmosphere for the other customers that’s why I stepped out sinc

Second time here and the service is 10/10 ! The cashier was very kind and friendly. After my group got here there was a huge rush and they still took out everyone's drink in a timely fashion. My dirty taro was amazing

Beary boba has been my go to spot for over a year now , and I would highly recommend to any families with kids, friends, or more singular act. I’ve always been attended swiftly and kindly. There are plenty of small trinkets for all ages to buy and even trade sometimes. The mascot is my favorite part it being a sun bear my favorite bear. The drinks and treats are always sublime and live up to the taste they market; the large variety of drinks and treats are a must try at least once. If you try a frozen blends peppermint cookie drink it’s my go to. :p

This is a very cute place. The menu is very different from when I first noticed this place on maps. I'm not sure if they have pastries anymore. I hope I'm wrong, but I didn't see any on this day. I ended up buying an oat milk strawberry boba milk drink and it was very good! I thought my heart shaped strawberry boba was so cute. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and my 6 year old was definitely entertained while we waited for our order.

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is always so friendly, and the boba drinks are consistently amazing. There’s such a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and they never disappoint! One suggestion I have would be to offer special deals of the month. It would be a fun way to introduce new flavors or combos and keep regulars like us excited to try something different. Overall, Beary Boba is a perfect spot for a quick treat or a relaxing break. We absolutely love it here!
